Delete Your Account

How to request deletion

Please use one of the following options:

• Email us at support@braveheartinnovations.com from the email address associated with your account.
• Or in the app: open Support → Contact Support, and include “Delete my account” in the subject.

We will verify ownership via your account email before proceeding.

What we delete

• Your Firebase Authentication account (sign‑in identity).
• Your profile document and preferences stored in Firestore.
• Any synced app data associated with your account (e.g., saved sessions/history if you opted to sync).

BYOK API keys are stored on your device only and are not sent to our servers; there is nothing to delete server‑side. Remove keys from your device if desired.

What may be retained

• App Store / Google Play purchase records and invoices (managed by Apple/Google) — these are not controlled by us.
• Legally required records (e.g., tax/transactional metadata) retained as required by law.
• System backups and logs may persist for up to 30 days and are then purged as part of routine retention.

Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive confirmation when the deletion is complete.
